Odd refers to your own box and we will give you a customised price accordingly. The minimum charges of an odd size box is £25.00

After the container arrives at the destination (depending on the local port authority), please allow two weeks for it to be cleared from the port depending on the season.
We also offer full container (FCL) loads from 20ft to 40ft long. The rate for this service varies; hence, we encourage you to contact us for the best rate. We will assist you if you need packing and loading services into the container within the UK and Europe. The service we provide is only from the UK and Europe to the destination port. When possible, we will provide you with a rate for door to door service.

Our door to door service is defined as--collection from the door of the collection address building and delivery to the door of the main building address.
If you would like the items to be delivered to your apartment door, you can make an arrangement with our Malaysian agents in order to compensate for the extra time and effort. We will make a note on your shipping form in order to inform them in advance. Again, please note that there will be an additional charge in RM that you can coordinate with the delivery agents.Please call us for the best rate.
For customs clearance and charges fees must be paid at the destination port by the sender. These charges are determined locally by the country. Due to Malaysian law, we require a copy of your passport and an inventory list of your goods.
